1. Why should I buy from here?
Answer: We've been operating and growing continuously for over 35 years. The trends and styles always change over the years and we've always been on top of the industry ever since. Furthermore, our high-quality products are set at a reasonable price. We control all our operations, from taking orders, to manufacturing, to delivery. We are NOT a middleman intermediary company. However, our strongest value lies in our service and support we provide to all our customers before, during, and after purchase. 2. How long is shipping? When can I expect my product after buying?
Answer: After order confirmation, your product will arrive at your shipping address in 3-4 weeks. We also have special express shipping for urgent orders at an additional cost, which take up to 8 business days for the product to arrive at your shipping address. 3. What happens if I have issues with my order after I received the product?
Answer: We offer life-time warranty support to all our customers. This means if you have any issues with your product, your first course of action would be to contact us and we will respond accordingly to resolve your issues. You may ship the product back to us, then we do the adjustments on your product, and then ship it back to you, for free (except for certain fixing requests that might require excessive additional fabric/material). This includes sizing issues, additional touch-up requests, and more. Whatever the issue is, please contact us and we will resolve it. See Refund Policy for more information.
4. Can I measure myself?
Answer: You can, but we recommend you have another person to help you measure your body dimensions. Our How To Measure page provides all the information you need to measure yourself. You will need a Measure Tape equipment, pen/pencil, and a piece of paper. If you've booked an appointment with us to meet in person then we will do all the size measuring for you.
5. Are my sizes recorded from past purchases?
Answer: Yes, if you have made an order from us and you've given us your sizes once before. We have your past order details recorded, including your sizes. You do not have to send your sizes again.
6. What is the advantage of using blend fabric?
Answer: There is no wrinkle, no shrinking, and no faint. At the same time, it is easy to iron and wash. Blend fabric will not have hairy-texture like 100% cotton or wool. Lastly, blend fabric can be worn in all seasons.
7. How do I order?
Answer: We have a number of ways for you to order. One way is to simply contact us and tell us exactly what you need. Another way is to send us a picture of the exact design you need, and we will create a product reflecting exactly what you need. Another way is to customize and design your product virtually, and then we build what you created. See ways to Place an Order.
8. How does the payment work?
Answer: You may pay in full and then receive your order within the shipping time. Or you may pay a deposit first (usually 50% of total order amount, but may vary depending on order), and then wait to see a status update of the product via pictures/videos/call, and then pay the remaining amount before the order is shipped out.
9. What can I do with the eGift Card?
Answer: Once you purchase the eGift Card, a unique code will be sent to you through email or text. You may use the code yourself for future purchases or you may forward this code to your friends and family for them to use for future purchases. During the checkout process there is an option for you to insert a code for discounts/deductions from total order amount. The card will automatically deduct the amount spent and the remaining amount will continue to reside in the card for later use. There is no expiry date on the eGift Card.
