How To Measure
What you will need:
- Measuring Tape.
- Paper and pen to put measurements down.
- Another person to do the measuring for you (optional but recommended).

1. Neck: The distance around your lower neck. Leave 0.5 inch room. |
|
2. Length (Upper Body): The distance from the midpoint of trapezius down to the length you desire. There are 2 common styles, but you are free to choose your own length:

3. Stomach: The distance around your stomach line at its widest point. Approximately aligned to your belly button. Leave 1 inch room. |
|
4. Chest: The distance around your upper body at the highest point under your arms. Make sure it is aligned horizontally. Leave 1 inch room. |
|
5. Upper hips: The distance around your upper hips, right above your buttocks, at its widest point. Leave 1 inch room. |
|
6. Wrist: The distance around your wrist. Tightness is up to your preference. |
|
7. Shoulder: The distance from tip of left shoulder to tip of right shoulder. This does not include the width of arm. Measure from the back as displayed below. |

8. Arm length: The total distance from tip of shoulder, travel behind the arm adjacent to triceps, to elbow bone, and then to wrist bone. Please make sure you bend your elbows while measuring. Arm lengths for Suits and Shirts should be different, but you are free to choose your own length:

9. Bicep: The distance around your arm, aligned to your biceps. Please flex your bicep while measuring so the maximum distance of your arm circumference is recorded. |

10. Front: The distance from your left armpit to the right armpit, in the front. |
|
11. Back: The distance from your left armpit to the right armpit, in the back. Make sure your back is stretched, arms are forward, while measuring. |
|
12. Waist: The distance around your waist line. This waist line you are measuring is at the height of your pants. There are 3 common heights, but you are free to choose your own height. Make sure it is not too tight and not too loose.

13. Crotch: The distance from the front center-point of waist line through to the back center-point of waist line. The positioning of the waist line depends on what you chose previously (See Waist section). Make sure it is not too tight and not too loose. |

14. Length (Lower Body): The distance from waist line down to the desired length (this will be the bottom of the cuff of the pants). The positioning of the waist line depends on what you chose previously (See Waist section). There are 2 common general styles, but you are free to choose your own length.

15. Pant Cuffs: The distance around your pant cuffs. Freely choose your length to fit your wearing style, whether it be Skinny, Regular, or Wide.

16. Thigh: The distance around your thigh, at its widest point. Leave 1.5 inch room.
|
|
17. Length (Shoulder to Waist) for Women: The distance from the midpoint of trapezius down to your waist line. |
|
18. Back Length for Women: The distance from the midpoint of lower neck on the back down to the midpoint of waist line on the back. |
|
19. Length (Upper body) for Women: The distance from the midpoint of trapezius down to the length you desire. |
|
20. Skirt length: The distance from waist line down to the length you desire. |
|
21. Length (Upper Body) - Top Coat: The distance from the midpoint of trapezius down to the length you desire. The 3 common length styles are:

22. Length (Upper Body) - Vest: For Vests, the Length is the distance from the midpoint of trapezius down to 3 inches below your waist line. However, you are free to choose your own length. |
