These are only examples. This is not a format you have to follow. 

 

Book an appointment to meet in person:

Example Message:
"Hi, I'd like to make an appointment and meet up in January sometime between the 10th and the 14th. I'm in Chicago. I would like to see and feel some fabric samples and would also need to get myself measured please. Please let me know soon. Thanks."

 

Request/Send Order:

Example Message:
"Hi, I need a yellow suit with black stripes for myself and my son please. We'd like it slim fit, with soft and silky fabric material. 3 buttons for my suit and 2 buttons for my son. Not sure with the details yet, I'm hoping you can guide me through it as we proceed. Please let me know soon. Thank you."

 

Request Fabric sample:

Example Message:
"Hi, I'd like to see a fabric sample of "224-1-F1-Q4" please. Have it shipped to [address]. Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you."

 

Request Large Group Order:

Example Message:
"Hi, I'm having a large celebration and would need 20 suits by end of March please. All these 20 suits need to be dark blue. I need each of the 20 men to get measured and would prefer you to do the measuring. Please let me know how we can proceed. Thank you."

 

Message Us - Other Reasons:

Example Message:
"Hi, I ordered a custom dress shirt and received the package this morning. It's great, but the arm sleeves are a bit loose on my arms. Can you make it tighter for me? Please let me know how I can proceed. Thanks!"
