Free Shipping for all products if total cart value is over $299.99 USD. If total cart value is lower than $299.99, then Standard Shipping Rate is $30.00 USD.
Shipping Times and Carriers
Our shipping times generally range from 3-4 weeks (See more in Shipping Times Per Region below). This includes the making of the custom product ordered. This means from the moment your order has been confirmed, you should receive your product in 3-4 weeks. Our Shipping Carrier is DHL and FedEx.
Special Express Shipping - Urgent Orders
We also offer Special Express shipping option. The shipping time for this option takes up to a maximum of 8 business days after your order is confirmed. This shipping option will come at an extra cost (exact cost depending on location of shipping address).

We provide international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in of these countries we will contact you.
Lost/Missing Packages
We are not liable if the incorrect address is placed. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct. If we have made an error we will take full responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no cost. Please contact us if you need further assistance or have any concerns regarding this matter.
Customs
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please contact us if you wish to know more about the status of your shipment.
My Tracking says "No Information"
It can take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information available on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be shipped in 1 package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.If you have any other questions, please contact us.
