• Book an appointment to meet in person.

  • We travel to our client to provide the appointment service. Simply state your city and approximately when you want to meet (details will be discussed as we proceed). Please see City Visit Schedule for more information. Currently, for United States and Canada locations only.
  • We also provide virtual meetings through Video Calls (Zoom or Skype). Please state your earliest convenience and your objective for the virtual meeting.
    
    

• Request/send Order.

  • If you know approximately or exactly what you want, you may send us the description and request the order. It doesn't have to be detailed or complete, we will review your request, follow-up with you, and fill in any gaps before proceeding.
    
    

• Request Fabric samples.

• If you want to see or feel the fabric to make sure you like what you see first, then you may request for a sample. We will ship it directly to the provided address. Please simply state the Fabric ID in the message or if you have a specific picture, simply click our email to email the picture to us and we will find a fabric to match the picture. Also state the address of where you want the sample to be shipped to.

• Request Large Group Order.

  • Please let us know the approximate number of orders you will need and what date you will need it by (details will be discussed as we proceed). Discounts are automatically applied for Large Group Orders.
